How should well-fitted dress pants look?
The seat of your pants should drape smoothly over your rear. U-shaped sagging can indicate the pants are too loose, whereas horizontal wrinkles will appear if they are too tight. The legs should be long enough to sit just on top of the shoe, causing a horizontal dimple at the cuff referred to as a “trouser break”, but short enough to prevent excess creasing.
